About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and strategic AI Product Owner to lead the development and delivery of innovative AI-powered solutions. This pivotal role drives the strategic direction and execution of AI/LLM-based applications, collaborating closely with engineering, data science, and business stakeholders to translate complex needs into scalable, impactful products that push the boundaries of analytics and redefine financial investment.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and manage the product vision, strategy, roadmap, and backlog for AI-driven solutions.
• Translate complex business requirements into clear, actionable technical specifications for AI development teams.
• Oversee the end-to-end development lifecycle of AI applications, leveraging Python, REST APIs (FastAPI), and modern MLOps practices.
• Guide the implementation of advanced LLM solutions, including vector databases, embeddings, and RAG architectures using platforms like OpenAI and Azure OpenAI.
• Collaborate with DevOps and engineering teams to ensure scalable and robust deployment of AI applications across cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) using containerization (Docker).
• Establish key performance indicators (KPIs), monitor product performance, and drive continuous optimization based on data-driven insights.
• Foster strong relationships and collaborate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders (engineering, data science, business) to ensure product alignment, adoption, and success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related quantitative field.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in AI/ML Product Ownership or Technical Product Management, specifically with AI/LLM-based solutions.
• Proven expertise in Python-based AI application development, REST API design, LLM integration, vector databases, and cloud-native deployment strategies.
• Hands-on experience with leading LLM platforms (e.g., OpenAI, Azure OpenAI) and designing modern AI architectures (e.g., RAG).
• Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and coordinate small, high-performing technical teams.
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills, with a track record of driving product success.
• Familiarity with business intelligence (BI) tools, such as MicroStrategy, is a plus.
