Business Development – Wealth Management Partnerships

The firm works closely with leading financial institutions and private insurers to address large structural opportunities in the market. Backed by reputed investors, the company is focused on expanding distribution across wealth managers, family offices, and alternative investment platforms.

About the Role

We are looking for a seasoned wealth professional with deep experience managing ₹100 Cr+ portfolios for UHNI/HNI clients and family offices. The ideal candidate brings strong relationships across leading wealth platforms and a proven ability to drive product penetration within sophisticated investor segments.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and manage strategic partnerships with wealth management firms, family offices, PMS/AIF platforms, and financial advisors.
• Drive revenue growth by expanding distribution of structured fixed income investment solutions through partner networks.
• Develop new business relationships within the HNI/UHNI wealth ecosystem and strengthen existing institutional partnerships.
• Lead and mentor a team focused on partner engagement, deal execution, and client servicing.
• Ensure seamless transaction execution, SLA adherence, and regulatory compliance across all partner interactions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in private wealth management, institutional sales, or financial product distribution.
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding revenue-linked targets in the financial services sector.
• MBA, CA, or B.Com, prefered specialized certifications like NISM V-A or Certified Wealth Manager (CWM).
• Professional certifications (e.g., CFA, CA, FRM, CFP) are an added advantage.
