Products are used by users in 90+ countries. Founders are IIT, IIM & ISB alumni, who have previously built scalable tech and data-driven products for multiple startups across industries and have a cumulative work experience of 40+ yrs.

About the Role

This role exists to build and run the company’s growth machine. The Growth Leader is responsible for driving measurable user and revenue growth by leading the dedicated acquisition and distribution channels, each operated by specialised teams. These teams report directly to the Growth Leader. Their responsibility is execution. The Growth Leader’s responsibility is strategy, optimisation, prioritisation, and results. This is not just a marketing role. The person in this role will design how growth works, decide which channels scale, and ensure every team consistently increases its output.

Key Responsibilities

• To be accountable for the performance of all core growth channels
• Direct acquisition of high-value users and strategic partnerships.
• Scaling acquisition through affiliate networks, partner ecosystems, and performance-based distribution.
• Search, paid acquisition, content, and conversion optimisation.
• Structured outbound growth and pipeline creation.
• Community-led growth, creator partnerships, and organic distribution.

Qualifications

• 5–7+ years in growth, product growth, performance marketing, or revenue leadership
