About the Role

As an Associate Product Manager, you will operate at the intersection of customer problems, business outcomes, and technical execution. Embedded within the product team, you will collaborate closely with PMs, design, and engineering to ship features that directly impact how our customers manage billing and revenue. This role offers significant ownership from day one, involving feature scoping, specification writing, engineering collaboration, customer engagement, and product delivery. You will learn rapidly in a challenging, fast-paced environment with a small, high-impact team. Key Responsibilities

• Own feature-level scoping and delivery within specific product areas, including contract lifecycle, billing automation, integrations, AI, and revenue recognition.
• Contribute to product discovery, hypothesis testing, and data-driven prioritization to address critical customer and business problems.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Design, Sales, and Customer Success to define problems and develop scalable, high-quality solutions.
• Define and track success metrics (KPIs) to measure product impact and customer value.
• Engage directly with customers to gather insights, understand workflows, and inform product decisions.
• Ensure clear communication and alignment across engineering, design, and business stakeholders on product initiatives.
• Drive iterative product development with a focus on measurable outcomes and continuous experimentation.
• Monitor post-launch product performance, analyze data, and apply learnings to inform future iterations.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of product management experience in a B2B SaaS or technology company, or strong internships demonstrating outcome-driven project ownership.
• Proven ability to drive a product feature or project from conception to launch, owning the end-to-end outcome.
• Demonstrated customer empathy and ability to translate user needs into effective product solutions.
• Foundational understanding of business drivers and the commercial impact of product decisions.
• Proficiency in data analysis to derive insights, inform decisions, and iterate rapidly.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders and align cross-functional teams.
• Comfort operating effectively in ambiguous, fast-paced environments.
• Exposure to billing, fintech, or subscription management domains is a plus.
• Undergraduate Degree from Top 7 IITs in 2024 or 2025
