About the Role

The Supply Chain & Procurement Coordinator will be responsible for managing procurement and end-to-end logistics operations, including coordination with shipping lines, freight forwarders, and customs agents. The role ensures timely sourcing of materials, smooth import/export processes, compliance with customs regulations, and cost-effective supply chain management. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of shipping documentation and the Customs Act, with a preference for an engineering background and quality control experience to support vendor and material quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate domestic and international shipments with shipping lines and freight forwarders.
• Manage end-to-end logistics from supplier dispatch to delivery at nursery/warehouse.
• Handle import/export documentation and shipment status updates.
• Ensure compliance with the Customs Act and related regulations.
• Identify and evaluate vendors for nursery materials, equipment, fertilizers, pots, irrigation systems, etc.
• Coordinate with operations team for demand forecasting and material planning.
• Conduct basic quality checks on incoming materials.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (preferred).
