Founding ML Engineer

About the Role

We’re looking for a Founding Machine Learning Engineer to join a lean, high-performing team of innovators building the next generation of Voice AI technology. In this role, you’ll work directly with the founders to design, train, and deploy end-to-end AI pipelines that power intelligent, human-like voice interactions. You’ll have complete ownership of your work — from research and model experimentation to production-level deployment — shaping both the technical direction and product roadmap. Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and optimize end-to-end Voice AI pipelines (ASR, TTS, LLM integration).
• Train and fine-tune speech recognition and text-to-speech models for production use.
• Research and implement cutting-edge techniques in voice processing and generative AI.
• Collaborate directly with founders on product vision, architecture, and technical strategy.
• Deploy scalable, production-grade ML systems and continuously improve model performance.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of hands-on ML/AI experience.
• Strong background in ASR, TTS, or LLM-based voice systems.
• Proven experience in fine-tuning or training models from scratch.
• Research publications or notable open-source contributions preferred.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, AI, or related field.
