Founders are IIT, IIM & ISB alumni, who have previously built scalable tech and data-driven products for multiple startups across industries and have a cumulative work experience of 40+ yrs.
Looking for a sharp, curious analyst to drive data-backed insights across our web and mobile platforms. This role sits at the intersection of data, product, and business strategy. You will define how we measure success, build robust dashboards and analyses, and uncover patterns in user behavior that inform product and growth decisions. You’ll work closely with product, engineering, and growth teams to translate data into actionable insights, develop a deep understanding of the prediction markets landscape, and continuously evaluate the evolving needs of our users and business. This role offers high ownership, autonomy, and visibility. You’ll be encouraged to explore data, test hypotheses, challenge assumptions, and help the team make better decisions based on evidence—not opinions.
Strong understanding of user journeys, funnels, cohorts, retention, and growth metrics.Hands-on with SQL, Python, Excel VisualizationPast experience in setting up GA / Mixpanel / Segment from scratch using Google Tag Manager & data layer events.Strong understanding of user journeys, funnels, cohorts, retention, and growth metrics.
