About the Role

As a Senior Product Manager, you will own a critical product area, leading the vision, strategy, and delivery of features that transform how our customers manage billing and revenue, and in turn, how their businesses grow. You will operate with significant influence, identifying strategic opportunities, shaping product direction, and driving impactful results. This role involves being a key thought partner to leadership and a mentor to other Product Managers, contributing to a culture of customer obsession, business acumen, and continuous learning. You will tackle genuinely hard problems and help shape a product used by fast-growing SaaS companies.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and own the product vision and roadmap for your domain, including contract lifecycle, billing automation, integrations, and revenue recognition.
• Lead product discovery, hypothesis testing, and data-driven prioritization to solve the right problems effectively.
• Partner cross-functionally with Engineering, Design, Sales, and Customer Success to define problems and craft scalable, high-quality solutions.
• Develop robust business cases and track success through clear KPIs, ROI, and customer impact, tying initiatives to measurable outcomes.
• Represent the voice of the customer across the organization, ensuring end-to-end journey optimization and reducing friction at every touchpoint.
• Drive cross-functional alignment across multiple workstreams with clarity and decisiveness.
• Lead by example in agile practices, focusing on outcomes, iterative delivery, and embracing experimentation.
• Track product performance, iterate based on data, and leverage learnings from both successes and failures for continuous improvement.
• Mentor and support other Product Managers, raising the overall bar for product thinking and execution.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive product management experience in a B2B SaaS or high-growth technology company.
• Proven track record of owning and driving a product roadmap end-to-end, demonstrating measurable business outcomes.
• Deep customer empathy, consistently engaging with customers to understand underlying needs beyond stated requests.
• Strong commercial acumen, including understanding unit economics, building business cases, and linking product decisions to revenue and retention impact.
• Proficiency in data analytics, experimentation, and product discovery methodologies, comfortable making decisions with imperfect information and course-correcting rapidly.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and align cross-functional teams without formal authority.
• Demonstrated ability to thrive in ambiguous, fast-paced environments where processes are still evolving.
• Experience in billing, fintech, ERP, or subscription management is a strong advantage.
